Command-line fluency on Kali — file system, permissions, package and process management, bash scripting, anonymity tools and the native toolchain.
The terminal is the working environment for every other programme in the Academy. This one makes it second nature.
You install and configure Kali yourself, learn the file system hierarchy, navigation and file operations, then permissions, groups and access control, APT package management, and process and service management.
From there it becomes automation and tooling: bash scripting, grep/awk/sed text processing, networking commands, SSH and remote access, anonymity tools like Tor and Proxychains, the native Kali security toolchain, disk mounting and storage, persistent USB builds, and troubleshooting from kernel updates and logs.
